ON-B is developed for facial skin. Peptides in its composition inhibit the formation of Snare-SNAP complex. This has an effect on neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which takes part in muscle contraction. ON-B blocks muscle contraction, relaxing bowl wrinkles, and has a botox-like effect.

As a consequence, the muscle relaxes and is not able to do the contraction.
